Welcome to Sloan's Retreat! We have prepared a well appointed and newly renovated private home to accommodate your every need! We are located in the beautiful Wheat Ridge community of Colorado with easy access to downtown Denver- home of the “Mile High Holidays” in winter. Whether you're here to explore the city, the outdoors, on business, or even just to get away- you will find Sloan's Retreat the ideal place for your unique adventure!Newly renovated and gorgeously appointed, Sloan's Retreat showcases fine touches of professional design & offers the benefit of being situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The home is spacious with a large back yard, ideal for outside enjoyment/relaxation!

During our renovation we paid attention to every detail to ensure we could provide only the very best for our guests. There are 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom1 with a king bed

Bedroom2 with a twin bed

Bedroom3 with a king bed

Bedroom1 and Bedroom2 share a Jack and Jill bathroom

Wheat Ridge has amazing restaurants if you’d like to dine out! If you’d prefer to cook a meal at the house Sloan’s Retreat is equipped to make you feel right at home in the kitchen with all the basic tools and necessities to make your meal delicious!

Unwind with your favorite shows with Netflix or by casting from your device to the TV.

We have a dedicated office space provided for guests to enjoy should they need a place to catch up on work, with a screen available.

Sloan’s Retreat is pet friendly with a fully enclosed 6'/8' fence around the entire backyard. We love being able to allow pets at the home, we just ask guests to pick up after their pets so that we may continue to offer a space for travellers to enjoy vacation with their furry friends! :)

We love hosting babies, there is a highchair & pack'n'play with extra foam mattress always available at the house. We can also provide a 2nd pack'n'play and put up temporary black out curtains (see photos) if you need them, just ask beforehand.

There is a 40A level2 J-Plug EV Charger located at the front of the house for EV users. You are welcome to use it as much as you like.

Please let us know if you are bringing a pet! We may request a refundable security deposit for multiple pets. Unauthorized pets will be charged at a 250USD fee.

1. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the house.
2. No parties please. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
3. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited.
4. If anything breaks, spills, or stains, let us know as soon as possible.
5. Remember to lock the doors and windows on your way out.
6. Unapproved late checkout will be charged at $100/hr

Please be mindful of how much noise you make outside specifically after 9pm (no music, etc). You are more than welcome to use the space but be respectful of the neighbors.

Use of hot tub or swing are at your own risk.

There are Ring cameras with audio recording capability located outside the house overlooking the driveway area

The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the Property or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or Guests' invitees. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property. Guest will indemnify Homeowner against and save Homeowner harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and/or expense in connection with bodily injury, loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of the occupancy or use by Guest of the Property or any part thereof occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Guest, or his or her guests, agents, or invitees.
